Order Processing Time (Preparation Time)
All products are carefully prepared after an order is placed.
Order processing time typically takes 3–5 business days, which includes order confirmation, quality checking, and secure packaging.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM.
Orders placed after this time will be counted as orders placed on the following business day.
Transit Time & Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically take 8–14 business days to arrive in the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time is calculated as follows:
Order Processing Time (3–5 business days) + Transit Time (8–14 business days)
Estimated total delivery time: 11–19 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Vietnam and delivered to customers within the United States.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.00 per order.
The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. This fee helps cover careful packaging, handling, and international delivery from Vietnam to the United States to ensure your stained glass items arrive safely.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using one or more of the following carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
Carrier selection depends on the destination, package size, and service availability.
Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping outside the U.S. is not available at this time.
Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including recipient name, delivery address, and any apartment or unit number if applicable.
We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment in such cases.
Seller & Carrier Responsibility
- The seller is responsible for processing and dispatching orders correctly and on time.
- The shipping carrier is responsible for transportation and final delivery once the package has been handed over.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers with tracking and support whenever possible.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Orders may be canceled or modified only before processing or production begins.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
