At Palettee, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Stained Glass Suncatchers. Since all items are shipped internationally and made with care, we have a refund policy focused on items that are defective or damaged.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds are only available if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Exchanges are not accepted.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the same condition as received. This includes all original packaging, tags, and components intact.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required to process all refund requests.

Items Not Eligible for Return

All other items, including gift cards or final sale products, are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Request Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

Information Required for Refund Requests

To process your refund efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number and details
  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue (applicable for all refund cases)

Refund Review Process

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and respond within 3–5 business days. If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for sending the item back. No additional fees will be required from you.

Replacement Items

If a replacement item is approved, please allow 11–19 business days for delivery, depending on international shipping conditions.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and approve the refund, it will be processed within 10–15 business days. Refunds will cover the full price of the defective item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@palettee.com. We will investigate the issue and ensure your refund is processed promptly.
